What is OHMYLOL?

OHMYLOL is a web version of the classic "try not to laugh" challenge. You play a funny video and an AI analyzes your face in real time through your webcam. If you laugh, you lose. Simple, and addictive.

How does the laugh detection work?

We use facial-landmark and expression models that run directly in your browser (MediaPipe / WebGL). The model reads your smile and jaw movement and turns it into a live laugh percentage. When you cross the threshold for your chosen level, the round ends.

Is it private?

Completely. Unlike other apps, your camera never leaves your device. We don't record, upload or store any image. Everything happens locally. Read our privacy policy.

Easy / Normal / Hard / God: different laugh thresholds.
Video library: search and filter curated funny videos.
Achievements & stats: compete and unlock rewards.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It works in any modern browser. You can also install it as an app (PWA) to play even offline.
